# Lightning Commerce

> Lightning Commerce is a family of six connected apps for TikTok Shop merchants. Each app links TikTok Shop to a tool the merchant already runs (Shopify, Loop, PowerReviews, Salesforce Loyalty Management, Klaviyo), installs on its own, and shares one commerce graph with the others. Built by Silk Commerce (ecommerce engineering) and Overcast Digital (TikTok Shop operators).

- [lightning returns](https://www.lightningcommerce.ai/#ecosystem): Bring TikTok Shop returns into Loop. Buyers stay in TikTok Shop; your team works with the policies it already knows. Connects with Loop.
- [lightning reviews](https://www.lightningcommerce.ai/#ecosystem): Preview and import PowerReviews reviews into TikTok Shop with SKU mapping and duplicate checks. Yotpo support is coming soon. Connects with PowerReviews.
- [lightning loyalty](https://www.lightningcommerce.ai/#ecosystem): Connect TikTok Shop loyalty activity with Salesforce Loyalty Management, including enrollment, orders, and refunds. Connects with Salesforce Loyalty Management.
- [lightning crm](https://www.lightningcommerce.ai/#ecosystem): Connect Klaviyo with TikTok Shop for customer relationships and lifecycle marketing. Connects with Klaviyo. Early access, launching November 2026.

- lightning dash is free for any TikTok Shop.
- lightning connector is priced on orders, not seats: Basic $49/month (about 1,000 orders), Scale $149/month (about 20,000 orders, 3 connections), Enterprise $250/month (about 50,000 orders, 6 connections). Overage $0.15 per order ($0.10 on Enterprise).
- Pricing for returns, reviews, loyalty and crm is quoted by the team based on volume.
- Connector supports US and 13 EU TikTok Shop markets.
- Reviews connects to PowerReviews read-only and publishes nothing without approval. Yotpo support is coming soon.
